Writing posts – Helpful hints

If you are interested in contributing to this web site, here are a few guidelines that can help.
Think before you post
Remember, this site is designed to offer hope to those who have gone through or are going through the treatment of a seriously ill child. Take a moment and think about what you are writing and why; read what you’ve written before submitting it to the Administrator. Inappropriate content will not be published.
Write about your experience
Please share your experience, what it was like for you and how you got through it. The content doesn’t have to be elaborate or eloquent; just share from the heart and your readers will relate and benefit.
Consider your readers
Consider who will be reading these posts, how your experience can help them and how much they need to know. Do not use slang as many readers might not understand what you are trying to say.
Spell Check and Proof
Use the Spell check tool prior to posting, but remember, this can’t check for everything. Be sure to reread your post before submitting it to the Administrator.
Your privacy
Remember, this site will be available to the general public. Your privacy is protected as far as your profile, but what you write is out there and available to all. All content is monitored and you will be notified of anything that is questionable for posting.
